

You’ll experience sessions focused on strength, power, and barbell cycling, all designed to elevate your overall performance. This class is open to both beginners and seasoned lifters and even coaches looking to sharpen their Olympic lifting strategies to become a better coach.
6 Week Cycle - 1 Session per Week - Saturday at 9:45AM at CrossFit Coordinate
1st Session is on April 11th, 2026!
6 Week Cycle will focus on Snatches and adjacent lifts.
This cycle is all about the Snatch. It will include hang snatches, hang pulls, and overhead squats. We know how challenging some of these movements can be, so Coach Juice will work with you to develop the lifts and improve your confidence with the barbell overhead!
Cost is $100 for 6 Weeks
Each 6 Week Cycle will focus on a particular lift
We will focus on technique, gaining confidence lifting heavy, and barbell cycling.
Each 6 week cycle will be capped at a certain capacity with existing members getting priority for the next cycle.
